With an education background in psychology, project management, business management and having worked in top management positions, I am today highly known for his Mindset Transformation Programs, effective training methods and creative and educational projects. With a career path of more than 33 years, I bring a diversified amount of working knowledge that can be immediately translated into experiential subjects during my training sessions. Education I graduated with an MBA in Enterprise Management (Bolton University, UK), a Diploma in Applied Psychology from Southern Cross International College, Australia and a Diploma in Project Management, University of Newcastle, Australia. I am also a certified Nihon Hammond Organ Instructor (Japan) and was a former Head of the Examiners' Board at the Hammond Academy of Music, Malaysia many years ago. Additional Experience I am a Registered Trainer with the HRDF, Malaysia and is a Past President of BNI United Chapter (Malaysia). I have worked with numerous companies, corporations, NGOs including several Malaysian government departments to provide support and consultancy in the areas of Training, Branding, Event Management and Publishing. Combining more than 3 decades of work experience including being a Creative Director, Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, Music Composer & Arranger, Music Educationist & Performer, Photo Journalist, Photographer, Direct Selling Executive, Master-Of-Ceremony, Coach and Trainer has led to the development of my unique training programs and teaching method. |

CEO & Principal Consultant Angus has been been based in Asia for ten years, providing research and business advisory services. Prior to joining SanoResources, Angus was Global Head of Financial Services Research at Nielsen, at the time the world's largest consumer research company. Angus then set up his own business advisory consultancy in Singapore and is a specialist in running customer loyalty and employee engagement programmes. Partnering with Stephen, the business is uniquely positioned to impact positive change through mindset transformation supported by business analytics as required. Angus has also provided advisory services to the Banking Industry and Asian Banker for their Excellence in Retail Financial Services awards as well as the SME sector to improve bank performance. Asyikeen Zaman-Ogilvy
Director, Head of Operations & Head of Sano Art House Asyikeen graduated in Hospitality Management and spent 5 years providing marketing support to several 5 Star Hotels in Malaysia. Immediately prior to joining the team at Sano Resources, Asyikeen was managing an international training group for a global marketing and events business providing product and motivational training to resellers in the consumer health and electronics sectors across key international markets. Asyikeen has international business experience and previously ran a Translation business for a Singapore based business consultancy. Asyikeen heads up Sano Art House, developing fun learning abilities for children and adults. When not working, Asyikeen is a keen musician and doting mother to Nadia.
